Inspecting Visible Cracks
During the inspection, our team identified visible cracks on a board that had failed a withstand voltage test. The discussion also covered surface indentations and the need for further checks to understand the issue.

Clarifying PCB Hipot Testing Requirements
Our engineers reviewed the customer’s requirement for insulation testing between two circuit networks, identified as A and B.
The discussion focused on confirming which test points belong to each network and where the test voltage should be applied. A 2,500 V AC insulation withstand requirement was also discussed; the footage does not document a confirmed pass at that voltage.
