What Do You Need to Send Us?

To receive an accurate PCBA quotation, please provide the following files and information:

• Gerber files for PCB fabrication

• BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Pick-and-place/CPL file

• Assembly drawings, if available

• Required quantity

• Testing requirements

• Any special manufacturing instructions

Please clearly indicate approved component brands, part numbers and acceptable alternatives in your BOM.

If some files are unavailable, contact our team first. We can review your existing information and advise what is still required. If you only have a physical sample, you can also send it to our factory for evaluation.

Our One-Stop PCBA Process

Step 1: Submit Your Project Files

Send us your Gerber files, BOM, pick-and-place file and order quantity through our website inquiry form or contact our sales team directly.

The more complete the information is, the faster we can review your project and prepare an accurate quotation.

Step 2: Engineering and BOM Review

Our engineering team checks the PCB design, layer structure, materials, board thickness, copper thickness, surface finish, component locations and assembly requirements.

We also review the BOM to confirm:

• Component availability

• Manufacturer part numbers

• Package types

• Lead times

• Possible replacement options

• Obsolete or hard-to-find parts

If anything is unclear, we will send an engineering question, also known as an EQ, for your confirmation before production.

Step 3: Quotation

After reviewing the project, we provide a detailed quotation covering the applicable costs, such as:

• PCB fabrication

• Components

• SMT assembly

• Through-hole assembly

• Stencil and tooling

• Testing

• Packaging and shipping

The quotation will also show the estimated production lead time. Prices and lead times may change if the files, quantities or technical requirements are updated.

Step 4: Order Confirmation

After you approve the quotation, please confirm the technical requirements and order details.

We will then issue a Proforma Invoice. Production and component purchasing begin after the order and payment are confirmed.

Step 5: PCB Fabrication and Component Sourcing

PCB production and component sourcing can proceed at the same time to shorten the overall lead time.

We can manufacture double-sided and multilayer FR-4 PCBs, as well as metal-core PCBs for different applications. Common options include HASL, lead-free HASL and ENIG surface finishes.

For component sourcing, we purchase parts according to the confirmed BOM and approved component specifications.

Step 6: PCB Assembly

After the bare PCBs and components are ready, the assembly process begins.

Depending on the project, production may include:

• Solder paste printing

• Automated component placement

• Reflow soldering

• Through-hole component insertion

• Wave or manual soldering

• Cleaning and visual inspection

Both prototype and volume PCBA orders are supported.

Step 7: Inspection and Testing

Quality inspections are performed throughout production. Depending on the product and customer requirements, inspection and testing may include:

• SPI inspection

• AOI inspection

• X-ray inspection

• Visual inspection

• Electrical testing

• ICT testing

• Functional testing

• Firmware programming

For functional testing, customers should provide the testing method, test fixture, firmware and acceptance criteria when applicable.

Step 8: Packaging and Delivery

After production and final inspection, the assembled boards are packed with suitable anti-static and protective materials.

We can arrange international delivery by DHL or another agreed shipping method. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

From Prototype to Volume Production

You can begin with a small prototype order to verify the design and product performance. After the sample is approved, we can proceed with pilot or volume production using the confirmed specifications.

If any change is required after sampling, please send us the updated files and clearly mark the revision number to prevent the wrong version from entering production.
