1. Gerber Files and Drill Files
Send your Gerber files and drill files together, preferably in a ZIP folder. These files describe the PCB artwork and hole locations.
Make sure the files belong to the same design revision. Include any fabrication drawings or notes that specify additional requirements.
2. Board Dimensions, Layers, and Material
Provide the following information:

Board dimensions: length × width in millimeters

Layer count
-
Material, such as FR-4 or aluminum-based material
-
Required material grade or Tg, if applicable
If you need panelized boards, include the panel drawing or tell us your panel requirements.
3. Board Thickness, Copper Weight, and Surface Finish
Specify the finished board thickness and copper weight. For multilayer boards, include inner- and outer-layer copper requirements where applicable.
Tell us your required surface finish, such as HASL, ENIG, or OSP. Include solder mask and silkscreen requirements, along with any special manufacturing notes.

4. Quantity and Required Delivery Date
Tell us how many boards you need and whether you would like quotations for multiple quantities.
Include your required delivery date and shipping destination. Please distinguish between the date you need production completed and the date you need the boards to arrive. Production and shipping schedules should be confirmed separately.
5. Special Requirements
Highlight any requirements that may affect manufacturing or inspection, such as:

Controlled impedance

Castellated holes
-
Heavy copper
-
Special tolerances
-
Specific inspection or documentation requirements
Include the relevant drawings and specifications so these requirements can be reviewed.
